• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders in case of stock issues, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Gulnaar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Product Availability & Substitution

All shipments are subject to stock availability. If your selected design or print is out of stock at the time of dispatch, a different available design or print may be shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that substitutions may occur due to inventory limitations.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Gulnaar is not liable for delivery issues caused by:

Additional charges arising from re-delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.

• In cases where your selected design or print is out of stock, we may dispatch a different design or print.

• Gulnaar offers free shipping on all orders, absorbing the shipping cost ourselves.
• Many other brands pass shipping charges to the customer, but our pricing model ensures affordable, economical suiting for all.
• As a result, even in cases of substitution or customer dissatisfaction, refunds are not feasible, as the total cost to the customer already reflects the lowest possible pricing inclusive of shipping.
